It is not an exact square, as it its tapered for comfort. The widest part at the top is 21.8mm wide, 10.5mm deep and the ring is 21.6mm tall if you are measuring from top to bottom. It is a size 6.75 on the mandrel, but fits like a 6.5 and is not sizable
