Victorian style opal ring

This is a very special ring! It is likely a Victorian brooch that was converted to a ring to make it more wearable, and boy am I glad someone did because it is absolutely stunning and deserves to be worn! The play of color in this opal is truly impressive - you get the full rainbow here. I love the strung pearl halo and all the beautiful details. I would wear this with flowy summer dresses and in the fall I would pair it with leather pants and maybe a beautiful sweater or a great blazer. The former brooch component is 25.3mm long and 20.3mm wide. The Opal itself measures 17mm in length and 12mm wide.
